Muy buenas zapatillas a pesar de q parecen no indicadas para hacer parkour porq tienen un "plastico" diferente justo al medio de la suela, son muy comodas y brindan un trote suave porque tienen me di cuenta que no la tenia, asi q no pude hacer mucho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rutina&lt;br /&gt;2km Trote 10.30 minutos&lt;br /&gt;Caminar y elongar 10 minutos&lt;br /&gt;4x30 Abdominales&lt;br /&gt;4x15 Flexiones&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Parte del trabajo anaerobico incompleto&lt;br /&gt;triceps 1 minutos&lt;br /&gt;step altura rodilla 1 minuto&lt;br /&gt;fuerza brazos y espalda 1 minuto (ver hay dolores, menos cansancio que los dias anteriores y un mejor tiemp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los primeros 60 abdominales sin dificultad, el resto con un poco de dificultad al llegar a las los 20 en cada serie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las malas condiciones del aire producen molestias en la garganta y en la nariz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eso es todo por hoy&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Video del dia de de parkour y la decision de hacer algo bueno para mi salud, comence hace poco más de un mes a entrenarme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ya habian pasado como 3 años sin hacer deporte de manera constante, con su pichanga loca por ahi o su andada en bici loca, pero nada serio... ahora si...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Objetivo: Poder hacer parkour tranquilamente, con la condicion fisica adecuada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqui comenzare a escribir los progresos, logros y diferentes experiencias&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Domingo 29 de Abril de 2007&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rutina:&lt;br /&gt;Trote - 23 minutos&lt;br /&gt;Caminar y elongar - 10 minutos&lt;br /&gt;4x30 Abdominales&lt;br /&gt;4x15 Flexiones&lt;br /&gt;4x4 Barras&lt;br /&gt;+ ejercicios de fuerza brazos y espalda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.theberlinpaper.com/sixcms/media.php/220/277625_runners.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer; width: 200px;" src="http://www.theberlinpaper.com/sixcms/media.php/220/277625_runners.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A un mes de hacer deporte 4 a 5 veces a la semana, el cuerpo pide dia a dia horas de ejercicio.
